Agile office furniture refurbishment – Leicestershire County Council.
To help introduce new ways of working, Leicestershire County Council were looking for a fresh agile office furniture solution to help make their workspace function efficiently and allow for more collaboration and teamwork between employees.
This style of office furniture is becoming increasingly popular as more companies recognise the benefits of a flexible workplace, with agile furniture often being modular in design which can be easily moved and reconfigured to create different set-ups.
Using a regional framework agreement, we were delighted to be invited to work alongside NPS Property Consultants and the Leicestershire CC procurement team to create a flexible workspace. Our collaborative approach and experience helped to create an open plan, responsive working environment with a layout designed to encourage more teamwork and communication between employees.
The Solution
To meet the requirements of the council offices, we selected Orangebox’s Coze range. This modern seating range is extremely comfortable and supportive, with a contemporary design that combines fluid curves and soft edges to create a relaxed, yet stylish look.
Agile office furniture refurbishment – Summary
The result of the refurbishment is a great success and has allowed for a more productive and efficient work environment. It has also created a positive impact with employees who are now able to freely move around the office to complete day-to-day tasks, which in turn has also contributed to improved morale and wellbeing.
