Engaging and inspiring educational furniture for new build school in Peterborough:
As part of our ongoing relationship with construction company Wates Group, we were delighted to be given the opportunity to provide costing proposals for the new build school project in Peterborough, Cambridgeshire.
Manor Drive is a unique educational experience for students aged 4-16, providing education from primary to secondary school. The school has the benefit of the Four Cs Academy Trust which helps foster an enriching learning environment with excellent curriculum provision.
The all-through school required robust and flexible furniture to suit the needs of diverse learners. Regular onsite meetings proved to be an invaluable part of the refurbishment process of this project. Wates, the School team, and our project manager Richard Pyke came together to go over every detail of the planned products and finishes related to the project. The collaboration between all three parties was pivotal in achieving the desired results and expectations for the project.
Installing furniture that is designed for a variety of learning activities and spaces offered an increased versatility to reconfigure classrooms as needed. Not only did these loose educational furnishings contribute to flexible, supportive learning environments in classrooms, but it also provided comfortable seating, desks, and professional storage options for staff areas and offices. Similarly, the dining hall housed sturdy tables and chairs so that students had a place to eat together with their peers.
We are proud of the furnishings we provided to Manor Drive Academy, all items were carefully selected from high-quality educational furniture manufacturers to ensure maximum durability while maintaining comfort for staff and pupils alike. The refurbishment provides a sense of togetherness and a learning atmosphere ideal for expanding minds.

Folding exam desks and trolley, various shaped multipurpose tables, heavy duty tables, height adjustable table and a conference table.

Folding tables with seats (12 seats).

Workstations and associated storage pedestals.

Office, breakout, soft seating, classroom, lounge, café, meeting, and conference.
Music Room:
Electric keyboard and stand.
