Having worked with the university on several occasions, Combined Office Interiors were delighted to be appointed to refurbish the prestigious building in central London during the summer of 2019.
As part of a fully project managed service, we provided the university with onsite consultations, space planning, furniture samples, and interior design advice. The project saw the refurbishment and upgrade of furniture throughout the university building including teaching and learning spaces, welcome areas, study zones, IT suites, auditoriums, meeting hubs, and administration offices.
To accommodate the university timeframe’s and to coincide with building contractors, we scheduled deliveries throughout the summer break, ensuring day to day disruption was minimised by providing several evening and weekend installations to fulfil the project on time and to budget.
The programme of works has helped create flexible and inspiring spaces that support the university’s commitment to improving student experience, whilst meeting the needs of staff and visitors to the campus.
