Having previously supplied Netceed (formally Comtec) with office furniture in the past, we were honoured to oversee their office move to a new location in Sawtry, Huntingdon. After evaluating the site, we developed a thorough schedule and proposal to blend existing furniture with new pieces, crafting a dynamic work environment that would ignite inspiration and drive productivity for the team in their fresh surroundings.
Netceed is a value-added distributor of telecom and IP equipment to both carrier and enterprise markets. The business has experienced significant growth since its inception with offices in both the UK and across the world. The refurbishment included updates to various areas, ranging from offices and meeting rooms to conference rooms and training rooms. A new staff canteen was also incorporated into the plan, providing employees with a comfortable space to take a break and recharge.
To ensure a smooth transition, our team completed a detailed set of risk assessments and method statements, which allowed us to provide an efficient office move and a well-thought-out delivery and installation plan that minimised any disruption to Netceed’s business operations.
In addition to our project management service, we are also completing a full onsite sustainability audit to ascertain redundant furniture that hasn’t been reused at the new site. Our service includes the removal, recycling, refabrication and the resell of all unrequired furniture.
