Following a number of successful ‘new way of working’ refurbishments for one of the largest housing associations and developers in the UK – London Quadrant , we were delighted to be involved in the smart-working office furniture transformation at Trafford Housing Trust which was acquired by L&Q in 2019.
Post the Coronavirus pandemic and the fusion of working from home, the housing association sought to adopt an inclusive new way of working that would create a flexible and collaborative workspace where remote workers could return to the office and enjoy face-to-face meetings and communal working areas in a safe and well-thought-out flexible space.
To help reimagine the current workspace on the fifth floor, we partnered with Orangebox, The Smartworking Company who are pioneers of future-focused workspaces, with a wide portfolio of market-leading multifunctional furniture solutions, to deliver a comprehensive workplace strategy and innovative design to inspire creativity and to meet the health and wellbeing needs of the team.
The completed hybrid furniture refurbishment created a modern environment that included informal meeting areas, collaboration zones, and acoustic pods for private working. Additionally, we provided a full delivery and installation service which fully met the expectations of the project.
