New ways of working for evolving office
In a world that’s rapidly evolving, Mayflex wanted its staff to be able to work more efficiently and adapt to the post-pandemic world. That’s where our project management team stepped in.
Following the successful interior fit-out works that transformed Mayflex’s interior space into a modern and functional working environment, the final piece of the puzzle was an innovative office furniture refurbishment that integrated existing pieces with new ones and allowed for a flexible and adaptable agile environment.
New ways of working – Interior Fit-out:
The successful interior fit-out works included glass partitioning, electrics, air conditioning, lighting, ceiling tiles, and flooring, alongside a complete project management service including site surveys, consultations, space planning, and interior design.
New ways if working – Office Furniture Refurbishment:
As part of the refurbishment, we were able to provide an office move service that included dismantling the existing furniture, delivering it to the new Yewtree House location, and reassembling it to perfection. We took care to install both new and existing furniture with equal attention, ensuring the staff had a clean, comfortable, and functional workspace to work in.
One of the key features we implemented was height-adjustable desks that allowed the team to work at a level that best suited their individual needs. Work pods were also included in the mix, to provide private spaces for focus and concentration, as well as areas for collaboration and meetings.
We even retrofitted existing task chairs with new armrests, extending their lifespan and reducing the cost of alternative seating solutions.
The whole refurbishment was based on hybrid working and promoting productivity. A summary of the new furniture provided include meeting room tables and chairs, cube storage, whiteboards, monitor arms, task chair arms, and desking.

After a complete interior fit-out and office furniture refurbishment, the result not only looks fantastic, but it has completely transformed their way of working. The team at Mayflex can now operate more effectively and comfortably, thanks to the new practical layout and ergonomic design of their revamped office.
