Contemporary office and kitchen furniture for Penn Cemetery in High Wycombe:
We were overjoyed when we were contacted by Penn Cemetery in High Wycombe, who had heard of our excellent customer service and quality furniture ranges from one of our current client’s recommendations. We immediately set to work on finding solutions that would provide the best results especially for them and allow their new building to be refurbished with no compromise to safety or value.
Our team conducted a thorough assessment before getting started – this ensured that each detail was taken into consideration, enabling an optimal design and refurbishment plan to be completed with efficient and cost-effective results.
At the cemetery new build we supplied furniture for the waiting area, reception space, office, and kitchen.
Waiting & Reception Area:
Special attention was paid to the waiting and reception area to make mourners feel at ease and comfortable during difficult times.
We provided a mix of contemporary two-seater sofas with four-leg upholstered chairs, both finished in Aqua Cashmir fabric in Jade and silver, with wooden frames, partnered with splayed-leg square coffee tables.
Flexible storage solutions were provided to create a modern feel. Utilising the Matrix Storage System from Imperial Office Furniture, the Matrix range provides simple storage, with a range of accessories designed specifically to customise or incorporate biophilic design into an area without compromising on functionality.
Office:
In the administration office, we provided individual rectangular desks together with with cable management, personal pedestals, and privacy screens. We also supplied comfortable high-back, fully adjustable task chairs thincluded height adjustable arms, pump-up lumbar support and flexible seat slides. To meet the storage requirements of the office, we provided practical 2-door storage cupboards with attention to lockable doors and adjustable shelves. All wooden furniture was finished in Nordic with Silver accessories.
Kitchen:
We designed the kitchen area with a hint of Scandinavian style. Boasting a 1600 x 800 mm rectangular shaped table and modern upholstered seating, all featuring splayed wooden 4-legged oak frames, and Aqua Tones fabric in Silver and Sky.
Summary:
It was an honour to work on such a meaningful project, and we feel the end result reflects the respect that is due to those visiting or working at the cemetery building.
