COI was delighted to be chosen to help with the office design and refurbishment to Council offices, following an ongoing renewal programme.
To achieve a uniform and consistent effect and in keeping with the main building refurbishment completed last summer, phase one of the 2020 project involved the successful refurbishment of general office furniture and accessories, with phase two focusing on the customer service department.
Phase one:
Through a full consultancy and project managed solution, we sourced and supplied innovative bench desking, screens, monitor arms, and power and data solutions, alongside office chairs, soft seating, storage, and personal lockers to complete the modern office interior design.
Phase two:
We were tasked with providing tailored height-adjustable desks that were manufactured to bespoke sizes to enhance the working environment of the customer service team.
As part of the refurbishment programme, phase two was completed by our installation technicians over a scheduled weekend delivery to ensure minimal disruption to the council and its daily duties.
Through good planning and a sensible approach, the project was fulfilled successfully on time and on budget.
