Project Managed Office Furniture Refurbishment.
When Belfast City Council started its interior transformation at City Hall, they needed a project management solution that could supply office furniture to Northern Island. Knowing they needed a reliable solution, they turned to the ESPO framework and reached out to us, here at Combined Office Interiors (COI), for a quote to supply and deliver the necessary desking, storage, and seating.
We understood the council’s need for quality, practicality, and style and were excited to offer our expertise to help them achieve their vision. We collaborated with the property and projects facilities management team, who had drawn up CAD plans and specifications for the two-floor refurbishment, and provided a proposal that met their expectations and requirements.
Summary of goods supplied:
- Imperial bench units with a scalloped edge for cables, including single bench units and 2-, & 6-person back-. to-back bench units, finished with White MFC tops and Silver Grey Frames.
- Cable management trays.
- Desktop screens, fully upholstered with PVC trim and radiused corners.
- High back operators’ chairs.
- Lockable metal under desk pedestals, finished in Silver.
- Lockable metal side opening tambour units, finished in Silver.
Delivery and Installation
To complete the project delivery, we transported the goods to Cairnryan, Scotland, and then took a ferry over to Belfast, with the final leg of the journey into the city centre, all completed by our own delivery and installation team and vehicles.
Summary
We’re delighted with the final refurbishment, from the layout to the colour scheme, the new offices are engaging and perfectly align with the project teams’ vision to create an environment that encourages productivity and creativity.
