As a forward-thinking business with strong sustainability and environmental values, and a commitment to support local charities, we’re overjoyed we have been able to make a positive impact in our local community by donating a number of classroom chairs to a school in Cambridgeshire.
Our active role in ‘giving back’ in a meaningful way is driven by our Corporate Social Responsibility strategy. Our strategy helps to ensure our commitment, and highlights how we endeavour to reduce our impact on the environment. So, when we had an opportunity to make a difference and support a local pre-school, we jumped at the chance to not only help a great cause but also give the surplus chairs a second lease of life!
The furniture donation was gratefully received by the team at Warboys Underfives Pre-school. The pre-school is a registered charity run by a committee of parent and community volunteers, located in Huntingdon.
Our donation of the Titan one-piece chair is a popular choice in schools due to its robustness and easy-to-clean structure. This range also provides several features including a moulded carry handle, stack-ability, anti-tilt, and suitable strength, stability, and ergonomic certification.
Testimonial – furniture donation to local school
It is always a pleasure to receive positive feedback following a good customer service experience. Here’s what Rachel Fletcher, Pre-school Manager of Warboys Underfives Pre-school had to say:
“Thank you so much for thinking of us. Your donation of chairs has helped us to improve both our inside and outside learning spaces for the children and the team.”
