YOUR BUILDING

Its important for us to we get involved as early as possible in the scheme which allows us to work with the project team and where relevant contractors. During the initial site visit we will discuss with you project parameters including, budget, product, functionality and time frame.

PROJECT PROGRAMME

Following on from the initial site visit / meeting your Project Manager will produce a project programme which will outline the various aspects of the process from its concept to completion. Focus will be on working with the tradespeople on site and other outside influences.

SPACE PLANS & PRODUCT SELECTION

During discussions and initial visits its imperative that the Project Manager gets a "feel" for the project including the types and styles of product required. They will propose with the help of the client a selection of products to best suited to the budget, functionally and aesthetic requirements.

3D RENDER

We will produce 3d renders where possible, this allows staff, pupils and visitors alike to visualise their new "home". This can often ease the fear of change from employees and put to bed any fears they may have about the new environment.

QUOTATION

After selecting the required products based on the space plan and site visits a full itemised illustrated quotation will be produced for review. This will be prepared in line with the agreed plans, in an area by area formation for ease of checking.

ORDER

Following any alterations or amendments to the final quote an official order will be placed, checked and quantified by the Project Manager before an order acknowledgement being returned to the client within 48 hours.

SITE PREPERATION

Our in-house delivery drivers are used to working to tight deadlines, as are the well known and reliable external couriers that we use! Timing is always an important part of any project, which is why you can rely on COI to deliver to you at a date and time you specify.

DELIVERY & INSTALLATION

Our friendly, experienced dedicated installation and setup team are some of the best in the business. They'll ensure that your environment is installed to spec, your furniture is built to perfection and that they leave you with a beautiful, tidy, mess free space to work in.

SIGN OFF & SNAGGING

Once your projedt is complete, a member of your team will contact you to ensure that you're happy with the products and services COI have provided. We love all the feedback you can give us, as this helps us to improve and progress the way we do things.

COMPLETION
