COI Total Interiors has worked with Buckinghamshire CC for over 15 years and as members of the Central Buying Consortium (CBC), COI were delighted to partner with the Council to refurbish offices in Amersham.

The Central Buying Consortium is a collaborative procurement group with an established framework agreements for use by local authorities served by the Pro5 Group.

The brief for the project was to create an inspiring and innovative workspace for the brand new local authority offices. Our expert design team worked with the building and design contractors, to introduce colour and character to the new surroundings, creating individual and collaborative spaces.

The new height adjustable desks and bench style desking seats 114 employees and blends seamlessly with the agile breakout furniture, created to provide a ‘space away from the desk’ for collaborative work.

Other areas of refurbishment included:
- Offices,  task seating and desking including cable management and desktop power modules
- Reception Area
- Breakout Zones, incl booths with hung screen monitors
- Meeting Rooms
- Storage, including a mobile storage unit

To ensure the new offices were ready for the new team, we conformed to a tight delivery and installation timescale of just one week. The result was a forward-thinking environment that offered a variety of different workspaces.
